Norpoint Medical is by far the most professional team of trainers I have ever met. The training is not like other First Aid/CPR classes I have been a part of. They explain to you how your body works; and why it is important to keep up to date on these skills. Steven Bentley and Marvin Hunter, kept the class very hands on, tailored to our trade, (tree service industry) and entertaining for the duration of the whole class. They will make you think on your feet and have to really learn to trust yourself and your training. They provided a fake laceration that bleeds, while you have to learn to properly pack the wound. Everyone in the course got good 1 on 1 time with any questions they had. I definitely will be working with Norpoint Medical in the future.
